“My first review of DoubleTree by Hilton in Durango was not very complementary. All but one of the issues I raised then were promptly addressed by hotel management and staff. However, when I checked out, my bill was $24.01 more than I'd been quoted by Expedia.com. Apparently, the new desk clerks charged me $12.00 per night for two night's parking which the manager told me they had agreed not to charge for parking after I had complained about that in my first review. “Very Nice place. Big room. Comfy beds! Nice pool and hot tub. Only problem was dryer didn’t dry Lady up front was very helpful. ”

“My son and I enjoyed our stay! Cozy lobby with a fireplace. Front desk staff offered great advice on hiking and dining in the area. Breakfast on site was very good and the room was cleaned nicely each day while we were out. We would stay here again, it was great!”
