“The lodge is nicely designed to accommodate a few families. For instance, we had a small family reunion consisting of two families of five and the grandparents. Not only is their ample space, but the location is also such that children can safely play outdoors. What certainly had us pleased is the fact that the owners do have “rules.” For example, shoes are not permitted in the home, which is culturally what we prefer. “This was a nice property close to Main Street and plenty of food options. It was a little pricey for the size of the room and only a queen bed. The room itself was nice. Downfall is you can hear a lot of noise, people opening and closing doors talking dogs barking. But the property is aware of this and provides ear plugs. Nice treats and in room amenities.”
