“Very nicely decorated log cabin/house complete with everything needed for an enjoyable stay - even had doggie dishes for our pup. Blinking lights around the pines out on the deck and driveway were a great touch. Great setting in the pines, next to the river. Wished there had been steps down to the river, even rustic ones (instead of the steep bank/slide) but I'm sure there was a reason why not. The beds were super comfortable after a long day on the stage and super accessible. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were super informative. Would highly recommend this property!! ”

“There's so much to love this little house: fun decor and themed rooms, the history of the home and connection to the owners, nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the river, easy drive to downtown, fabulous backyard for the pup. Communication from the owners was fantastic. My college-age daughters and I enjoyed playing games, watching movies, walking the neighborhood, finding new restaurants, exploring parks and walking paths, and hanging downtown. “The place was fabulous! We felt right at home. Kate's cookies and brownies greeted us. After a 7 5 hour drive through construction alley, we were able to chill in her most serene backyard. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home. Kate was quick to answer when we lost our code to get in.We had a graduation at UW on Saturday, We returned to a quiet evening in the backyard with the dogs. If you want to stay at a place like home, this is the place. Thanks Kate!”
