“I always get nervous when it's a ladies getaway trip in the middle of nowhere but this location is just perfect. In the town but with so much privacy and seclusion --it was perfect. The perfect amount of space for 8 people, we didn't need to leave the property for anything and was able to utilize everything available! “We stayed at a wonderful Vrbo right on the river. It was a beautiful 3 bedroom flat with a 4 season room and a large deck. It had a stairway down to a fishing pier. We got there and it was 80 degrees. Beautiful fishing weather. We caught some walleye and perch. The next day the weather was horrrible. We couldn’t fish much but enjoyed the rental immensely. It is great for fishing, relaxing and so much more!! ”

“I booked this trip for my boyfriend who is obsessed with trains. This was a great surprise for him and came at the perfect time after a stressful weekend. It was such a great get away and a good reset before jumping back to reality. There were some concerning areas with hair left in the shower, a brown sludge/ residue in the hot tub, and overall dirt/ dust build up in the caboose. We definitely will be back!”

“wow, what a lovely place, al the comforts of home! Coffee was amazing, shower was great, big screen TV's, nice location in town. Had a wonderful stay. The only bump in the road was the entry lock did not work, but problem was resolved. Completely remodeled home, very comfortable. Will stay here again”

“We came into town for a girls weekend with our students at UW Madison. We had a fantastic stay here. The property was spotless. The views were beautiful. Our girls stayed with us. The location is perfect and easy to Uber from downtown Madison. A very safe and quiet location. We will definitely stay here again when we come back into town.”
