“This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round……

“Apartament przestronny, czysty, duży balkon. Ładny basen, bardzo czysty, leżaki i parasole bezpłatnie. Plaża piaszczysta, szeroka w odległości około 300 m, po jednej stronie płatna, po drugiej ogólnodostępna. Obsługa bardzo miła. ”

“A little out of the way but a beautiful clean hotel. Bar/restaurant were pricy (€5 soft drink) in relation to the price of a room. Can be walked but more likely you will want a taxi to get back to town. ”

“This place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. It takes only 5 mins max to get to the shops and restaurants and 10-15mins for all of the archeological sites. The staff are extremely helpful and will guide you in the right direction. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ravenna. I know I will be booking with them again when I return! ”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“We had a camper van that would not fit it their garage and they suggested parking2 blocks away next to the post office which was free after 8:00pm. ”

“Nunca recibí correo de parte de R& B explicando la llegada y entrada al establecimiento. No está bien marcado, dimos muchas vueltas antes de llegar. Tuvimos suerte que alguien salió del edificio ( por cierto muy feo por fuera). Elevador no funciona, subimos al piso 2 con maletas. Solamente la señora de limpieza nos dio las llaves, sin explicación de cómo utilizarlas (digitales), Tuvimos problemas para salir del departamento. No servia la cafetera en la mañana; desayuno pobre. Sin luz por un rato……
