“This is a hard review to write..we stayed here the weekend of July 4, 2025 watching the tragedy unfold not too far away in Hunt, Ingram, and Kerrville. So our trip was a little less celebratory. The house, though, accommodated us all very well as we were inside the whole stay due to rain. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, great sleep was had by all. We cooked every meal and had plenty of pots/pans ect. Cute little house and would stay again. ”

“The house and property was beautiful. We had pretty much all the amenities we needed during our stay. The driveway to the house was very difficult to maneuver due to the uneven gravel, and there were a lot of flies and gnats in the house. Otherwise, no complaints! The property manager was very communicative and helpful during our stay. ”
