“The staff here was absolutely top-notch. They provided me so much information on dining, activities, etc. the property itself is really a boutique style, which I really love. Such a fun and comfortable lobby. The records and cassettes were a delight to look through. The walkable dining options and proximity to the beach is just fantastic. I even saw an antique car show one evening. I truly enjoyed myself and would highly recommend the Asbury. ”

“Historic Inn, nice for what it is. Very cramped for my own taste but that is just preference as it is well maintained and did serve the purpose of being conveniently located near Count Basie.”

“Hotel had the personal touch such as bottled water and flowers in room, good service, pleasant environment and a non-chain. Building was from 1717, which is pretty cool, but you would never know it going by the room which was spacious with plenty of amenities. Free continental breakfast and dogs being allowed is a plus. When in that area again (which I am at times), I'll now know the best place to stay.”

“Met my college roommate and we had a wonderful stay. Rooms are dated, as other reviewers stated, but very clean and the staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful. Bonus that we found free parking in the lot and there was a continental breakfast buffet included. Great location, too! We’ll definitely return!!!”
