“Elaine over provided a wonderful breakfast and was helpful with giving us info on the area. When a canal ride was oversold she personally drove there to attain tickets. Property was beautiful and presents pastoral England as we pictured it. I highly recommend this property”
“Lovely b&b. We stayed in the family room which was plenty big enough for 3. Comfy beds, plenty of pillows. Small issues but nothing major … no hook for blind to be able to keep it down to stop the sun coming through early morning, no BBC channels on the very small Tv, watch out for your head with the eaves and low beams!
Beautiful gardens. Really nice full English breakfast. We also had the afternoon tea which was delicious, with homemade scones, jam, etc.

“Booked this cheap 2 night stay to be near Alton Towers. Its a 20 minute drive from Alton Towers but that was perfect for us. The room was clean although very warm at night due to no aircon but we did have a fan in there. We were facing the front of the hotel so no road traffic noise however did get slightly disturbed a couple of times on the first morning at 7/7.30 from people going through the front door . The staff are all so friendly at the hotel and the pub.

“Multi storey property located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Our friendly hostess came to the peoperty within a few minutes of arrival to let me in. Gave me indo on keys and access, then showed me communal kitchen with tea and coffee plus cooking equipment. I was then shown the seperate but reserved toilet /shower for my room then just a few steps and about 10m away my single room. It was small as expected and with limited facilties but more than adequate for the outlay. I enjoyed a……
“The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. One of our group had several allergies and everything was so well organised for her food with lots of options. Particularly at breakfast with Kelly who really looked after us thank you :) ”
“The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.”
