“Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and very accomodating. We had 2 meals there- First one was meatballs, mashed potatoes, salad, soup, green beans. It was good quality food too. Real plates and silverwear. The other meal we had was breakfast. Eggs, sausage, fried potatoes. They also had fruit, pancakes, oatmeal, waffles, and cereal. It was a good "spread" for both meals definitely not like normal hotel food. They also gave me a card for 3 free drinks I didnt get a chance to use it. The room was……

“Noisy air conditioner. Noisy from 2nd floor. Noisy from hallway. Housekeeping said she needed to finish ours by 11AM, end up with only clean towels only. ”

“I loved how convenient it was, especially since we were attending an event at the Xcel Energy Center. Plenty of dining options within walking distance as well. I didn’t like that we’re wasn’t much parking for people needing to check in. I had to circle the block MANY times before a spot cleared up. Also, I wish they had a regular parking option. Maybe consider a partnership with a nearby public ramp? It’ll then be up to the guests to choose if they want the private hotel ramp with valet service,……
