“Quite a self-contained stay. I received instructions as to how to get to my room which was in the adjoining building to the pub. It was a lovely deluxe room with plenty of space allowing me to get some admin work done beflore relaxing. They had a fridge with plenty of items to choose from for the continental breakfast. “Despite the proprietor being busy serving in the pub, he greeted me, booked me in and directed me to my room. He requested and noted the time I required breakfast the following day. Next morning, he greeted me and directed me to the breakfast room, when he took my order and served up a perfectly cooked meal within a most acceptable time. An excellent experience.”

“would give 4 1/2 stars, room was comfortable, lean and well presented. drop 1/2 a mark as tile loose in bathroom floor and no where to put shampoo bottles inside shower. had to drop on floor. otherwise lovely stay breakfast was excellent but no pastries left when we were in breakfast room.”

“Pros: the owner is very accommodating, we arrived pretty late yet he is still happily wait for us and show us around the property. The property itself is very charming with old exposed brick and country furniture but with a twist of modern appliances making my stay as comfortable and homey.
