“Was a very nice experience and the receptionist, Chelsea, upon arrival was very friendly and quite helpful! She added a bit more personality for your normal hotel trip, which was quite refreshing!”

“There is a very good service. Although my original room has no electricity, they let me have a suite room. Their cooked breakfast is very delicious, especially the smoked salmon.”

“Lovely one night stay, hotel is modern clean and has large rooms. The bar area is well laid out. We didn’t eat, but due to its location if you need a meal you will likely end up eating there. Only one bad point is that the pillows were feather and soon went flat, I do wish hotels would have a synthetic standby pillow that does not go flat. Other than that we really enjoyed it.”

“Really good hotel next to Bramhall Lane football ground. Check in was easy and the warm chocolate cookies were very nice. Room was clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent. Could benefit from a few more coffees and milks on the tray though. City centre only ten minutes walk from the hotel. ”

“This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back.……

“After I accidentally left the hotel key in my room, I was locked out when I arrived back after 11pm. Fortunately there was a number on door, and after calling I was back in the room within a few minutes without any hassle. It was much appreciated. ”
