“This was a one night stop over only so hard to make fair judgements. But after an exhausting day the large comfortable bed and bedding were very welcome. Our room was noisy though from the adjoining room with the sound from the TV on from 7am when we were desperate for a lie in. We had no shower products in the bathroom and the flush on the toilet was dodgy. Breakfast was freshly cooked and adequate - just need to keep supplies topped up. “提前两个月预订并已全额付款的豪华客房，入住时酒店却提供了两间阁楼普通客房，我们发现问题后和酒店沟通，酒店却以豪华客房无空房为由加以拒绝，并且不愿退回房间差价，一口咬定提供的就是预订的豪华间。英国牛津风尚酒店完全不可信，而且完全没有解决问题的诚意。”

“Very good property and excellent location for us to get into London. Apartment is lovely, however the sofa bed is very firm so was pretty uncomfortable after 2 nights. Table in the property also needs fixing as it is very wobbly. Could also do with some more glasses in the property. ”

“Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. “We were looking for an overnight stay near London outside the M25 to make an easy start driving to Wales. This was excellent value with a good large breakfast included. Interesting old buildings, friendly staff, easy parking. Right on the edge of Cookham which is a beautiful village on the Thames. Plenty of places to eat even on a Sunday evening. I can definitely recommend this rather than the better known towns which are too busy and expensive.”
