“酒店的卫生真的不敢恭维，承诺好的退款数字又在退房后兑现不了，说是因为我在第三方网站订的房，总之当时房间里的之前客人留下的鞋、短裤还有袜子让我想起来就恶心，提醒未来准备订这间酒店的朋友入住时检查好卫生，有问题当时解决，退房时想在解决问题基本就是不可能的了。”

“A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. “We have stayed many times over the years. The hotel is very central - a very short walk to the river, shops, and other sights in Stratford. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly. Decor has been “touched up” after our last stay - but still some maintenance issues: a light not working in the bathroom and curtains coming off the rail. The restaurant is excellent and offers a pre-theatre dinner to get to the performance on time. There is a secure car park at the back of the……
