“The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay……

“Overall the staff is very helpful and the property is well maintained so I would definitely recommend them.”

“The room was disappointing because it was a lot smaller than it appeared on the expedia app. It was expensive compared to other accomodation in the area and did not provide value for the price paid. There was no elevator to the room which was accessed via a series of ramps and steps. Lack of security meant anyone could walk off the street onto your floor as there was another entrance that could bypass reception staff. The small toilet had opaque plastic walls so it wasnt very private or far……

“Old room with smell , looks untidy”

“Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep. I guess you really get what you pay for!”
