“We enjoyed our stay here in a lovely area, countryside views and peaceful. We stayed 3 nights and the menu was small and unchanged. Small tweeks to the special. Booked a room with the terrace which was lovely as we had excellent weather. Generally the room was well designed, like 2 comfy chairs not 1 as is often the case. Bathroom looked smart but usual no place to put wash bags, no towel rail so wet towels on back of door hooks ...not thought through. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. ”

“The room itself was lovely, but there is no sound proofing as such it was noisy with music from the bar coming through the floor till about 11.30pm. The breakfast was excellent. ”

“We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.”
