“Older property with good size rooms. Tiny breakfast, area nice during the day, kinda sketchy at night. Room was supposed to have Jacuzzi tub, didn't. Parking free but tight underground lot. Staff was friendly, a decent value overall.”

“This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is not fancy but it is clean. The front desk is friendly enough. The rooms are ample and for a little extra you get a great view of the ocean. It is a 2 minute walk and you are on the sand at the beach. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are nice. There is a fridge and a coffee maker in the rooms. For being right on the beach the price is amazing. Everytime we want to stay on the beach, this is where we will go. Across the street away from……

“Great little hotel for the price. Clean, quite, large rooms, friendly staff, parking was good, less than a minute walk to the beach, easy access to PC1 highway and surrounding areas. The only thing I would want different is the showers. We stayed in a standard king room and the showers are very small. Other than that this was a great stay!”

“My family had a great stay at this home in Sunset Beach. It had all of the amenities that we expected and was a lovely place to stay as part of our trip to Southern California. After spending a few days in a hotel in San Diego, it was very nice to have a proper home with a kitchen and more space. During our stay we enjoyed time on the beach and took a day trip to Disneyland. Everything was very convenient and just as needed!”

“Great location! Place was a great place for a get away. Would’ve given it a five. However front bathroom sink was clogged. I called property manager and left a message about the sink. Never got a call back . I bought some drano and it didn’t help. I’m really a person who doesn’t like to complain but not having the property manager call me back was disappointing.”

“This vacation was for my dad's 60th birthday. Our family ranges from infants to adults and it was perfect for all. The top floor was our favorite place to hang out, with the rooftop balcony and pool table for entertainment. We also loved the beach access and waking up daily to make breakfast with these beautiful views. The ceiling-to-floor windows let us watch dolphins and whales while making meals together. It was magical. This was by far the best birthday trip my dad could have asked for.……
