“The check in process and communication with the property manager was great. The pool was warm enough to swim in. Once checking in turned air down to 70 because it was set to 80. House never cooled down below 75. The house was hot all weekend. The 2 beds in the frozen room were broken at check in and we let management know. They did come look at them the 2nd day there but nothing was done. Some of our guests had to rent a separate hotel because they could not sleep in their room. The house did……
