“A bit of an issue with the booking and whether breakfast was included or not. Advertised as free continental breakfast for all rooms, only to be told on arrival it wasnt included. Used the Expedia agent on the app to query, with screenshots. Breakfast hamper came about 15 mins later. Other than that, all good. Would stay again.”

“My second stay at this hotel which pretty much mirrored the previous stay with a few more positives. I found a perfect parking spot just near the entrance and didn't want to give it up so I dined at the sports bar which was a wise decision as the food provided was top notch. My room was on the 2nd floor just around the corner from the leisure facilities which I took full advantage of using both the cardio equipment and weights. A very powerful shower later had me ready for bed which was comfy……

“This hotel is excellent. They have thought of everything, from earplugs by the bed to a digital Robert’s radio playing classic fm when you arrive. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great bar and restaurant and wonderful staff. I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and this is up there and way better than a lot of far more expensive places I’ve stayed.
