“We had a great stay at this property, it was perfect for what we were looking for. My spouse and I, plus a few friends (other couples), stayed here for a ski weekend at Palisades and to spend time in downtown Tahoe City. Everything was as advertised online, and it was nice for each couple to have their own space (thanks to the multiple bedrooms) but be able to gather in the beautiful living room and open kitchen. Check in was easy, and location was great for what we were looking for. You cannot……

“Fabulous location and host was very responsive! The great room space was comfortable but couple of bedrooms needs a coat of paint and the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets need some replacements since they were worn and old (as last replaced in the 70’s). It would be nice if some of the basics were updated prior to renting. We felt like we were staying in a fixer upper. It states EV charger on site and there wasn’t one. We were told that the previous owners had one. Need to update their……

“Nightingale is a well located spot with access to a private beach and dock. A 5-10 minute bike ride to The Bridgetender to the north, and Sunnyside to the south. The home is well appointed with all of the conveniences a family needs for a relaxing stay.”

“We had a wonderful time. We spent most of it out on the deck. So peaceful, among the trees, and a view of the lake. It was a family trip and birthday. Really loved the proximity everything and the beautiful private beach area.”
