“We chose this hotel based on excellent location in the heart of Cairo downtown. You can comfortably handle the whole downtown by foot, stores, restaurants, museum, etc. Area is typical Cairo-downtown and somewhat chaotic, but we found it safe day and night. Hotel has guards outside, no worries there. Hotel itself is comfortable, in interesting old style, clean with functional but somewhat small rooms. Especially unique is the elevator, a must see! It is a compromise between smaller and cheaper……

“very bad service because I pay in hotel and they refuse to give me receipt, while Hotels.com told me Capital hotel have to give me the receipt, very strange and bad service!! also the room is very noise to sleep well!”

“El personal es muy amable. Siempre atento. Nos recogieron y nos fueron a dejar al aeropuerto por un cargo adicional. Reservamos 2 días de tour. La habitación en realidad es un apartamento, muy espacioso, moderno, agradable, cómodo, tiene baño, cocina, sala de comedor. Caminamos por los alrededores en el día, aunque no lo parezca. Es muy seguro. El desayuno lo llevaron a la habitación, delicioso. ”

“El lugar pareciera un poco solo y viejo en la entrada, debido a que es en un edificio antiguo, pero ya en el tercer piso donde está el hotel, todo muy bien! Los encargados todo el tiempo estaban pendientes de nosotros, te hacen sentir como en casa, la habitación con todo lo necesario, silencioso para dormir tranquilo, luz y aire perfectos. La pasamos muy bien!! ”

“Bon rapport qualité prix. Problème : l'annexe de l'hôtel, située au 2eme étage est fermée de minuit à 8h du matin. La clé de la chambre ne permet pas d'ouvrir la porte pour entrer et pire : pour sortir. Il faut appeler l'accueil au 7eme étage pour qu'on vienne nous ouvrir. En cas d'urgence ( incendie, séisme .. ) les clients sont bloqués . Notre sécurité n'est pas assurée. ”
