“As always the staff was amazing! My first choice when staying in Austin ”

“Check in was quick and easy. Loved the artistic modern vibe to the hotel. The hotel bar had great drinks and appetizers. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Would stay there again. ”

“This was a last minute booking, but we were treated like princesses! We booked a condo through VRBO, only to find out that our booking didn't exist! I found this hotel nearby and they had one room left. We snatched it up and literally EVERY person who worked there was so friendly and accommodating, we felt like royalty.”

“It is clean ,and special style,but noisy even it was 11:30pm,people there keeping screaming ,laughing and yelling.we stayed two nights with my two children.not recommended”

“The hotel burned down because of a fire two days before my stay. I’m honestly not sure what the protocol would be after this happens but I was not informed by anyone and was just luckily informed by my own being and research. I contacted hotels.com and they were unaware and did not provide any help. I would like a full refund because I did not stay. ”
