“The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable clean with all you might need on your stay. It definitely couldn’t be in a better position for sightseeing and visiting all the attractions. ”

“I stayed this hotel for one night on 14 Oct, everything was fine at the benning, since it was a bit cold on that day, so I turned on the a/c to 23 degree for heating up the room and it was really good to me and my wife for going to bed, however, when we were in deep sleep condition while we were waked up around 3 AM in the morning by a freezing temperature at 17 degree shown in the a/c controller. we finally could not go back to sleep even though we had adjusted the controller back to 23……

“We love Stratford Upon-Avon and a member of our family had stayed at the Crowne Plaza before. So we decided to give it a try. The only issues that I could mention was that the room 1019 was quite a walk from reception and, I had to report to the front desk that maybe the previous occupants had spilled some dark liquids on the carpets and caused them to stain.”

“The property is in an excellent position within easy walking distance of the town centre. Excellent communication with owner. Lovely comfortable bed, plenty of tea, coffee etc. We hope to return”

“Just an overnight stay to attend RSC. On such a hot day/night the air conditioning in our room was most welcome and made for a far better nights sleep. The hotel is working hard to make itself greener which is great to see. It is a little tired in some areas but I note work is taking place to address this. It would help if the reception area was bigger and had more staff to check-in or out. Finally, this venue is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.”

“The one night stay was fine, the person at reception coukd have been abit mire welcoming but he made a good gin n tonic so will let him off :). The room was spacious , bed was comfortable but needed air con as quite warm especially in an upstairs room. The shower also did not drain properly. Fine for 1 night, good pub close by for dinner. ”

“Excellent accommodation, just a few minutes away from the station. It's in the historical centre of this beautiful town. The room was clean and check-in and cash payment was easily done. I'd book it again next time I'll go to Stratford-upon-Avon. ”
