“Service and meals were excellent. The building has wonderful ambience. The only fault I could find was some peeling paint in both my bedroom and bathroom. Also it's the little touches that count - like a box of tissues, cotton wool pads, hand cream etc.”
“It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.”
“Excellent bed and breakfast with easy access to racecourse. Friendly staff and clean rooms. WIFI unpredictable, electric shower sub standard and parking non existent. You have to park half a mile away at the cricket club ”
