“This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!”

“This place is amazing! The house is spacious and well appointed, the huge back deck was wonderful to sit and take in the view. The beach is a 2 min stroll through the dunes, so fun, then you emerge onto the expanse of sand that is the beach (HUGE) which we had essentially entirely to ourselves. It was just a couple of nights but it felt longer, we were able to really relax and leave it all behind. We are already planing to come back in the Summer for a full week. Such a great vibe!”

“We had a wonderful time at The Point in Emerald Beach! The location to public beach access was great, my kids loved the calm waters and shelling. The house was great for our multigenerational family ranging from an infant to early 70s. We enjoyed the family suite downstairs and the wildlife that came to visit each evening/early morning. Thank you!”

“This duplex is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet and the beaches are wide and uncrowded. The west-facing balconies are a great place to watch sunsets and the pool is a generous size. We loved watching the deer and rabbits graze too. It's a bit of a walk over the dunes to get to the beach but it's worth it for the unspoiled and expansive views. We had plenty of space to spread out in the house and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were……

“overall the rooms were clean as well as the living areas. The application process went very well and we received timely communications with the host. Our little dashund had a nice area in the back that on occasion was shared by at one time 5 deer, lol. I think that had he wanted to he could have gone thru the vertical slats but we didn't really worry about it. The kitchen utensils that we used were of good condition and there was a lot of different items.”
