“This hotel was really easy to get to and only a 15 minute walk to the train station that can take you straight into Cardiff. All the staff were welcoming and lovely and the room was clean and the bed was comfy. ”

“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. We also really appreciated the "honor bar" and the yummy continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!”
