"Location next to a Metro station. Brilliant service and you can leave your luggage before you can check in. The hotel room with lots spaces and lots of restaurants nearby."

"We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t understand why no other room on the upper floor was arranged for us given it was not a last minute booking. We have made the booking at least 2 months ago. We could not sleep well due to this terrible experience. We hope this hotel would treasure each of their customers even they only stayed for one night, and show their hospitality by maintaining the facilities in good condition."

"It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is a proper place to stay if you travel with your children or family. And the photos look much better than it actually looks like. "

"We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. "
