“Cozy hotel, comfortable bed, friendly staff. It was really a nice surprise for us to receive complimentary tickets to play golf (driving range) and ride on the ski lift to the mountain top although there were lots of mosquitoes at the peak. The souvenir shops were pretty special too and the prices were acceptable in a tourist area.We had a great stay at Sun Peak and really agreed we had made a wise decision to stop by here during our trip to Banff.”

“Everything was great, except when my daughter broke her arm and didn’t want to share the pull out couch with her sister, they wouldn’t give us an extra cot because of “safety” reasons. So she had to sleep on the floor.”

“The staff were very proactive and enthusiastic, and the rooms were impeccably clean with no overlooked areas. The facilities were well-maintained, and the surrounding environment was quiet and beautiful, surrounded by forests. It only takes a 5-minute drive to Lightning Lake and a 15-minute drive to Cascade Lookout. This is the perfect place for daytime outdoor activities and stargazing at night.”

“*** WARNING *** They will place an up-front charge for potential damages on your credit card and it will take days for it to be zeroed out. I will not be returning as long as this customer unfriendly policy remains in place. The property is dated throughout. I would definitely not call it a "Chateau", more like a lodge. The bedroom in our loft had an old CRT TV in the room, only the living room had a flat screen. The hot tub was not hot enough, it was not much better than "warm." The……
