“I would not recommend Camellia for business trips. Really terrible WiFi in the room and they don’t accept American Express. I encountered a cockroach the first night I arrived. I stepped on the cockroach the second day. Another cockroach appeared again a few days later… clogged drain in the bathtub during my stay. Other than that, great location and really nice people! ”

“Highly recommend. New hotel with spacious rooms and large shower (and we only booked standard) and amazing value! The young gentleman who checked us in around 11pm was super helpful and offered to order us food from his phone as we were hungry after a long flight and all restaurants in the area were closed. Breakfast has nice selection with a good cooked to order menu as well as continental buffet. The breakfast ladies are super sweet and helpful. A few restaurants on the same street and lots of……

is nice. However, the facilities a little old. In the previous midnight before leaving, there is a lot of water on the ground in the bathroom and no idea where it came from. Also, there is no found a bath mat in the toilet.”

"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
