“My wife and I stayed here for the weekend to catch up with some friends. The house was awesome, beautiful, and immaculately clean. The neighborhood was perfect for running or walking. We chose this area because it was a good halfway point between us and our friends, but I'm glad we decided to stay at Joe's place. The pool was awesome. Joe was responsive with any questions we had. I'd highly recommend this place and we would stay here again next time we're back in the area. Thanks Joe!”

“This home is definitely historic and full of charm! As expected with an older house, there are a few features that might be challenging for some guests—like the high tub and narrow spiral staircase. But if you don’t have physical limitations, it’s a really fun and unique place to stay, especially in a city like Philly.The location is fantastic—just steps from South Street and close to great shops and restaurants. “We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak……
