“Nice Hotel，Alot Restaurant Around this Area”

“First of all the hotel is in immaculate condition and the room was amazing with modern decor and the gym was nice and the pool was awesome and they had snacks downstairs in the lobby like 711 and they had games in the lobby and the whole vibe in the lobby was just festive in the evenings with families hanging out and having fun and the staff is probably one of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in a hotel in my life. I don’t usually come to Austin, but I feel like I wanna make another……

“Jordan at the front desk was great. She set us up with the connecting rooms we wanted. It was my original request. I called to confirm connecting rooms a week and a half before check in to be told they would do their best. Still uncomfortable, I called the day before check in. She saw my booking was incorrect and corrected it.”
