“Second time here and we loved it! Highly recommend the spa and pool. Had a spa treatment in the jungle. Absolutely wonderful service. The breakfast has a wide variety and delicious. The hospitality is superior. We will continue to come back here every time we’re in CR! The rooms are large, quiet, private and stunning views of the volcano and gardens.”

“Really beautiful and peaceful resort! The hotel has its own hot springs, and also an outside jacuzzi. The amenities of the room were great, for example the insect repellent cream was very useful. The resort area was well kept, and all kind of animals were walking around. Besides for families, this hotel was an excellent choice also for a solo traveller looking for tranquility.”

“Nice hot pools and one cold pool for swimming. The shower did not always have hot water and the light over the toilet did not work. Housekeeping service was great and the room was kept clean. Reception checking in and out was slow. Breakfast was a little too salty. Good location close to town. ”

“非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。”

“All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. The standouts for our trip were Anthony (front desk) as well as Carlos and Christopher (our servers at breakfast). We were enjoying a soak in one of the hot springs and a sloth with a baby came down from the tree next to……
