“酒店店員友善，令人感覺舒服 店內房間分佈於不同地方，需要上落樓梯，搬大型行李要留意一下。 下午茶份量很大，最低那層有6件三文治 和 2件撻。 房間內浴室空間足夠，水力充足。”

“Terrific place to stay. Well organised, well run. Alan was very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. There were nice little touches, such as facial wipes, cotton pads and ear buds left out for guests. We had a lovely breakfast, great accommodation and had a really nice stay.”

“Staff extremely helpful under tricky conditions. With storm we had no electricity from 8am on 24th and still not connected this morning when I left. Staff put on a log stove in Bistro,managed to do teas n coffees on small gas heater, supplied good battery lamps for each resident, Manager even carefully drove in evening into part of Lanark with power and brought back a meal for an older person staying for BnB, She would not take money for that. Ever staff member there did much more that needed……

“We received a very warm welcome by the duty managers. They were very understanding when we requested a later check in as we were traveling all the way from Inverness. Nothing was a problem at all. We stayed for two nights and breakfast both mornings was amazing. Thoroughly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. We will definitely be back when we can. ”
