“The building could use some serious maintenance. I’m disappointed in the Hilton chain for letting it go HOWEVER the staff at the hotel is PHENOMENAL and that’s what made it great. It’s such a beautiful property in a great area but the actual building desperately needs remodeling. I had an ocean view suite and we had leaks from the vents and out from the bottom of the toilet. I must give the staff their flowers because they are such amazing people and so attentive to your needs. ”

“What a lovely hotel! The location was excellent - right in the heart of Viejo San Juan. The service was stellar. The room was beautiful and very quiet - even though we were on the ground floor next to many events. And the free coffee, water, and wine and cheese were wonderful benefits. Also they have coin op laundry on site which was a huge plus in the humidity! ”
