“We had an amazing stay. The lace is old and quirky and very beautiful. David the host is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. He makes the stay very interesting and enjoyable. “The staff were very welcoming. The room was amazing. The breakfast choices were varied. My wife had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and i had the big full english, both of which were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We highly recommend you stay here if you get the chance.”

“I would highly recommend to stay here. I enjoyed the quirky decor and was very clean and comfortable. I was suprised to find I had a bath in my room but no shower but made a change! The room was in the attic so very hot but once I'd turned off the radiator, opened the windows and staff found me a fan it was ok.Good breakfast and would return when next in the area.”

“We had a one night stay for a meeting in the region. The hotel is not near to any other Pubs so you are rather captive, it has a nice garden terrace area next to the river, this is very pleasant in warm weather. We were however very disappointed that despite being residents we were not allowed to use this unless eating. A bizarre rule.”

“如题，非常棒。女王和邱吉尔都曾住过的庄园，08年改建成酒店。地方很大，草地树林池塘适合散步，就是远了一点，如果没车的话有些不便，不过可以通过酒店叫车。服务很好，建筑和服务能让人体会到典型的英国风！”

“The hotel is in a very picturesque setting in rural Chenies. We had a spacious, spotless room and a large ensuite bathroom with shower. Everything was in good condition and the sheets and towels were of excellent quality. Having a fridge was also very useful. The evening meal was tasty, though the choices were limited, as there had been problems with deliveries. The full English breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious. “Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious.
