“This place was easy to check in and since I was on the top floor I was able to see the beach from my room. Wasn't easy block walk to beach access.”

“A hidden.gem of a Motel. Clean, had a kitchenette, and beach access in the middle of the hotel. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. Off the beaten path a bit so it was quiet without any traffic but resteraunts and shopping was a 15 minute drive away. Staff was friendly, very helpful and offered great suggestions about the area. Many other guests i met have been staying at the motel for yearly trips. ”

“Larry's Lazy Susan was a very relaxing house and nicely decorated - colorful and beachy without being tacky. Excellent for handicapped people and dogs alike. Beach was very nice, and the home is located on an off street so we never had any issues with traffic noise - very easy to walk our dog at night. Our only disappointment was with Topsail Island itself, as the restaurant selection was not as good as beaches to the south of Wilmington. But the local Publix was great and there were several……

“House was on the older side and small but perfect for what we wanted as a quiet family beach getaway. A few minute trip to the beach. We enjoyed the dock and paddle boards and fished every morning and night. Beds were a little uncomfortable but served the purpose for the vacation. The cleaning before we got there could have been better but overall a great trip!”

“This was veey clean, well maintained property. Beach was very easy to access. We had no issue spending 3-5 hrs a day. All the appliances worked. Beds were comfy but pillows were super soft. This was a great place to stay. Low key and private”
