“The interior design is as its name “Arty”, which are indeed interesting and creative. Not to say more, let you explore and enjoy. ”

“Excellent hotel and staff. Rooms on 4th floor were larger than rooms our friends had on 3rd floor but elevator stops at 3rd floor. Not a problem for us with small bags. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is in the center of a very busy square& shopping area. Its the meeting point for many tour groups so very crowded outside the hotel day and night. Be mindful of pickpockets and the street vendors who are right outside the door 24/7. Overall a great stay. Walkable to everything.”

“The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating……

“Beautiful hotel good service nice location ”

“L’hôtel est très bien avec des services en rapport avec le prix. Par contre l’emplacement n’est pas du tout idéal, il se situe en haut d’une grande montée avec aucun transport à proximité. Donc après une journée à marcher dans les rues de Lisbonne. Cela vous refroidit de refaire une grande montée pour aller dîner en centre-ville, par exemple de plus on traverse des quartiers qui la nuit ne semble pas très sécurisé.”

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……
