“We had to have our kettle changed because the kettle was unsafe and not carrying a safety compliance certificate,the replacement kettle had a safety certificate on it but did not turn off when up to temperature.”

When we got there, we were so impressed and our room was lovely, apart from it feeling very warm. We realised that we were directly above the kitchen. It was really noisy, as the extractor fan was so noisy to the point that it felt like we were about to take off on an aeroplane ( and that is no exaggeration ) We were kept awake by the staff laughing outside and throwing……
