“Hatte das Superior Doppelzimmer für eine Woche hier. Und war für das 3 Sterne Hotel positiv überrascht. Moderne Ausstattung und sehr helles Apartment wurde mir zugeteilt. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung, große Auswahl. Alles in allem dem Preis angepasst. Ich werde wieder kommen ”

“Great for kids and parents. My 3 year old loved it. Room were spacious , the mattress weird. No conditionner just shampoo. They could have nespresso machine instead of instant coffee and their mini fridge is not cold if you plan on keeping milk for your toddler, had to use a cooler w ice. They got free apples at reception and there’s a grocery store 2 min walking distance.”

“Heerlijke locatie van het hotel. Dicht bij de zee / strand. Wij hadden een upgrade genomen naar een kamer met zeezicht en dat is mooi maar savond veel lawaai van de clubs die daar zitten. Ook is daar een deur van het hotel waardoor je naar het strand kan lopen en wanneer mensen binnenkomen terug naar het hotel knalt die deur letterlijk keihard dicht. Het lawaai van de deur en van de clubs kan zeker vervelend zijn en zouden wij niet meer kiezen voor een upgrade die voor een week best veel geld……

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am.”

“Ha sido una sorpresa muy grata. El hotel, aunque es uno de los pioneros en la isla de gran Canaria, se mantiene en un estado magnifico. Los buffets son variado y de una calidad fantástica, con zonas que cocinan pescado y carne al momento. Las habitaciones amplias y confortables. Fuimos con nuestra perrita y son uno de los pocos establecimientos que son pet friendly. Volveremos sin duda.”

“Average all inclusive experience hotel. The pools are cold and no heating. There was unannounced construction / renovation on the 4th floor. The gym equipment is outdated. Service is excellent and the food was good.”
