“Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……

“Wunderschönes neues Hotel mit einer super Lage. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück schmeckt sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt viele sichere gratis Parkplätze außerhalb der Hotelanlage. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.”

“The hotel was comfortable with friendly staff. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. However, the hallway leading to the room had a very strong sewage smell, which was odd. While the room showed some signs of wear, it was still well-maintained. I was disappointed that no one informed me the beach facilities were unavailable. Despite these issues, I had an enjoyable stay overall.”

“Bin sehr spät mit dem Flugzeug in Faro angekommen und hatte wohl das Glück, dass mir das Zimmer freigehalten wurde, da laut Rezeption die Zimmer wieder vergeben werden, wenn man nicht innerhalb der angegebenen Eincheck-Zeit beim Hotel eintrifft. Hatte die Flugdaten rechtzeitig mitgeteilt. Kommunikation mit Hotel war auch im Vorfeld sehr seltsam. Sie teilten mir WhatsApp-Adresse mit, darauf reagierte jedoch niemand.”

“Older property. Upgrade on rooms & facility needed(too many keys!😃) but room was spacious! Very clean & comfortable! Love the suite like appeal & outdoor private patio. Staff was wonderful; helpful, kind, & courteous. I‘m a senior & the steps from the parking lot to reception was challenging wth luggage. But staff came & carried down & up the steps otherwise I would not have made it. Enjoyed my short stay.”

“Nice holiday for families, but a couple can also enjoy it. Food was decent. Buffet was ok and varied options, but the restaurants were definitely better. One of the restaurants wasn't open during our trip which was disappointing. There were some even shows but unfortunately didn't catch any. Like the free drinks and lots of areas to get them throughout the property.”

“This hotel is wonderful! the staff are unbelievably kind and helpful. I loved the rooftop pool, breakfast was really good and I preferred being away from the beach front. The hotel runs a shuttle service to the beach every hour so you have the best of both worlds. There are more dining options on the beachfront but this hotel is closer to Numa Restaurant which is absolutely stunning. ”
