“Perfect location! Love this home! Will return! ”

“We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the property! The kids all had their own rooms and loved the games room and pool. All communication with the owners was quick and efficient. The location is great for Disney, Gatorland and some local farms. Universal is good too but a little further and traffic can be a pain getting there and back!”

“Wat een heerlijk huis op een goede centrale locatie met prettig en snel contact met Manuel. Ideaal voor ons gezin en de kinderen hebben heerlijk kunnen spelen in het zwembad. Het was een goede uitvalsbasis voor de parken en veel voorzieningen in de buurt. Helaas waren we er maar 4 nachten, we hopen nog een keer terug te komen. ”

“We had five adults for a youth softball tournament and this was perfect for us. We didn't do Disney but would imagine it would be a great location for that. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room! Steve as great and we would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall great stay. House could use a little updating (water stains on some of the furniture, older looking carpeting, a few issues with several toilets, pool gate stuck/very hard to open) but generally a great place and excellent value. All 3 upstairs toilets were running/had some trouble flushing. We reported one of them (hadn’t noticed the others yet) and we got a note 24 hours later that it had been fixed while we were out but it didn’t seem to.be fixed. And then we were leaving next day so……

“Some things that were of issue are below. -WiFi is spotty and would randomly go out -Bugs that had to be cleaned up at arrival -Pool area had no umbrella or lounge chairs (the 2 chairs that should lounge were hard to use) -Dirty toilets upon arrival -Pool sticks broken -Games missing pieces such as darts for dart board -Few of the beds are really squeaky with uncomfortable hard mattresses especially master -Master bathroom sink clogged and doesn’t drain on both sides -Grill doesn’t work……

“Very nice house and everything was just like the pictures.. Prefect relaxing vacation home with your own pool and spa, plus a public pool and hot tub. Family friendly.The host answered any questions about the house and the gated community…. ”

“The host was very responsive and helpful. That is a super plus!!!!The house was exactly as described/private gates community with security guards. The location was perfect/close to Disney Parks and the grocery store. My kids love the game room area. ”
