“The breakfast and front desk are good ，but the room cleaning was terrible, on the first day the bed sheets were very wrinkled and didn't seem to have been changed, there were 5 of us but the toilet only had half a roll of toilet paper. The next day when we returned to the room I found that the toilet bowl still had obvious urine in it that had not been cleaned.”

“The rooms with the terrace were great. The location of the hotel is good because it's right on the Riverwalk and that make it easy to get to all the activitites. The Breakfast and Happy hour are great!”

“The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.”

“The hotel and amenities are great. I really loved the gym, it was big with plenty of equipment. The pool was also a great addition. The room was nice and modern and the beds were super comfortable. There were a few crumbs under the bed when we checked in so maybe housekeeping accidentally missed it & didn’t bend down to check. The only cons would be the bell hop service needs some work. We needed help with our luggage checking out but there was a shortage in service & they were very backed up,……

“We wanted to be int he city for Fiesta and this was further from downtown than I had thought, but we walked it in 25 minutes, not bad as we need the steps. Clean safe hotel, good breakfast.”
