“Great hotel to stay at for first time visitors to Austin”

“Super friendly, helpful staff from valet, front desk, maids, room service and bar/cafe staff. We parked with valet but ended up walking so we only used the service when we arrived and departed. Our room was very clean but the furniture is due for replacement or refurbishing. Staff dining recommendations were excellent.”

“We’ve stayed here twice. I absolutely love the style and the decor. The bar is fabulous and tho I wouldn’t walk thru the surrounding neighborhoods, I would def grab a quick uber to the square for dinner. My only complaint is that they don’t allow you to lower the thermostat or adjust the fan on the ac. They will provide a fan if you ask. ”

“Location 10/10: in walking distance to SoCo, 6th street, Ann Butler trail, Rainey street, and the Capitol . Many good restaurants surrounding Facility is pretty outdated. Clean but outdated. ”

“Very easy parking. Convenient location in Austin. Didn’t like the lighting in the room, especially the bathroom, where the lighting is all on one side of the face. No handle bars in the shower. Note that the water is very soft.”
