“Staff are nice!”

“Staff were helpful, location was good, but the problem is in our three nights stay, the air condition was out of order, we can’t sleep well as it felt like no fresh air in the room, very warm, we talked to different staff but they gave different feedback, two said it was out of order and the engineer is on leave so they cannot fix it, but another one said it is normal they turned it off. Anyway that made bad experience although staff are friendly and responsive. ”

“Our stay at this hotel was good. The hotel is not in the center and you have to consider at least 30/35 minutes of commute to all major attractions, however there is a metro stop very close to the hotel so the distance from the centre is not an issue. Staff is nice and helpful and rooms are clean. The only thing to notice is that the rooms are very small and that the hotel is more a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars one in terms of facility. ”

“It’s a good hotel and friendly front desk members. We love the great breakfast there and the bathtub in room007. Basically things are great. But we have one friend leave France early and we told front desk lady A to check her out, she says it’s nothing need to do or worry about. But when rest of us check out, the front desk lady B charge three more nights Paris’ tax on our bill. We tried to let her understand her college told us no need to do check out for her but now she says “there is no note……

“位置很好，去各個地方搭車都蠻方便的，晚上回去路上也很安全，附近有超市、餐館、麵包店、藥局。 工作人員很親切。 房間不大，但該有的都有：浴缸、吹風機、熱水壺、小冰箱、保險箱。盥洗用具只提供浴巾、毛巾、沐浴乳和液體肥皂，洗髮精、牙刷牙膏等要自備。”

“浴室的隔間似乎都有問題。連續換了兩次住宿房間，洗澡後隔間外都會淹水，甚至有一間已經長時間有此問題，反應後服務人員似乎沒有特別回應，感覺已經知道此狀況發生很久了。四星住宿不便宜該處理的硬體應該還是要處理才是”
