“Property in excellent location, close to parking, restaurants, stores. Walkable distance to castle, praca do comercio etc. The only downside was the smell from outside where the kitchen was. ”
“From the time we arrived at the Hotel until we walked out the door everyone was amazing. From the front office helping with restaurants, tours, all the way to a birthday cake delivered to the room. The restaurant was unbelievable as well the service in the Breakfast was fantastic and so pleasing and pleasant every person in this establishment went out of their way to make sure you had wonderful experience. “Place is in great shape, great atmosphere with the flip open windows/doors for added fresh air. AC throughout was needed while we were there, on site laundry was very helpful and location was perfect! Would stay here again and great for a longer term stay! ”
“Excellent property, staff and amenities. I loved how quiet the hotel was. My only complaint was the lack of fresh facecloths for a few days in a row. It was an inconvenience when you return to your room after a long day and you have to delay your shower. Everything else was so amazing that I wouldn't change my 5 star rating. From the slushie machine, candy bar, fresh cookies, beverages and attentive staff - to Andre and his team in the restaurant; great service.”
“The staff were always available and helpful. The hotel is clean and we enjoyed our stay. It is nice to have breakfast downstairs and dinner downstairs as an option, thank you so much.
My one comment or suggestions. could you have a staff person park the car in your parking garage. There is so many parking spaces in your hotel but difficult to get into due to the width of the driveway. I had to park two blocks away one night, which the area is safe but it would be nice to have your car when you……
