“Arriving at 2am is not fun, but the shuttle pickup went fine, the check-in was smooth, beds and room clean. Only 6 hours to sleep, then the same process in reverse to get home.”

“Great location friendly staff and generally clean room but they didn’t change the bedding at all during our 3 nights stay. I dropped the alarm on the floor but it’s been in the same location all 3 days so no one’s even doing the proper cleaning ”

“優點： 景觀極好，可以看到sky tower，除夕夜可在房間倒數（雖然看到的是sky tower 側面）缺點：淋浴間的熱水供應不是太穩定，即使是較冷水，還是出熱水來。”

“I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!”

“Unique, clean, and good quality, love the art selection. I like staying in a part of town that is outside of the CBD but still very accessible to all parts of the city.”

“Very Good. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. I stayed two nights there on different days. Queen bed room is better than twin bed bedroom. The twin bed room is very small and narrow and no place to put stuff, while bathroom is comparatively too big. If you want to use microwave, you have to unplug the water kettle and switch it for microwave .”

“鄰近機場，有付費接駁巴士前往機場，亦有巴士380,經過機場，非常方便。 房間清潔舒適，寬敞光猛。 員工服務態度友善，滿足客人要求，如要多一張毛毯，要一桶冰。 另外本人退房時遺留接駁器在房間，之後聯絡酒店，很快得到回應，還找到接駁器，放在櫃台讓本人能於數日後取回，讚。”
