“The room and view facilities were fantastic. The bar and restaurant downstairs were busy, but the accommodation upstairs was quiet. The Polish lad (I think) who works there was really friendly, helpful, and quirky. The only two slight issues were that the parking was a bit of a trip but not a deal breaker (£10 per p/night) and that there was a group staying in the room next door who must have been chain-smoking as it stank out the corridor, etc. Other than that, the stay was top class and I will……

“Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.”

“I would highly recommend to stay here. I enjoyed the quirky decor and was very clean and comfortable. I was suprised to find I had a bath in my room but no shower but made a change! The room was in the attic so very hot but once I'd turned off the radiator, opened the windows and staff found me a fan it was ok.Good breakfast and would return when next in the area.”

“I stayed here 1 night while in town for a business meeting. The hosts were super polite and extremely helpful and welcoming. My room was spacious and very clean. 0 complaints and will definitely be back here to stay for my next meeting. Great food downtown only minutes away! “What a lovely clean hotel. Located perfectly in Luton next to St George's Square. With Luton point shopping centre right around the corner. There is also ten pin bowling and a cinema for the kids or adults. Breakfast was lovely. Luton Airport is less than ten minutes drive. The staff were amazing. I would definitely stay there again..”

“Pros: Great location if you’re visiting / doing business in Ampthill. Great food and drinks downstairs. The staff were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Cons: no on premise parking. Closest parking is a municipal lot…10 pounds for 24 hours. When I checked in my room was made up as 2 singles instead of a double as requested. Beds were a tad small & uncomfortable. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbors “chatting” until midnight the night before I was planning on checking out. Otherwise……

“Centro flat 11. The apartment was clean and lots of room. However there were a few issues. the grill was the wrong size for the oven and did not fit. There was no oven trays, the fan in the main bathroom was on permanently. These were only minor issues but couldd do with sorting out. In general a good location and nice property. I used this area alot for business and would use this again”

“We stayed in the cottage which was lovely & roomy without paying more than a double room. The bathroom was big with a separate bath & shower cubicle. Unfortunately the restaurant was a bit disappointing. The food was a limited menu at dinner, though nice. The staff were also a bit scatty with orders etc”
