“It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.”

“We have stayed at The Chase before on a few occasions over the years and were delighted to see that Green King have taken it over and upgraded the rooms and en- suites. The staff were super friendly and we were delighted to meet Jane again who remembered us. Our room was clean and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. Nice touches with the ironing board etc which would be useful for longer stays. We shall definitely return on our next visit to Nuneaton.”

“1.地點非常好。 2.好近條街和商場。 3.買東西十方便，想買甚麼也有。 4.行大約15 分鐘可以到達火車站，可乖火車轉地鐵去倫敦行街。 5.酒店外街道清潔。 6.有免費停車場非常好。 7.有後花園好 8.酒店好有特色，地板是木板，所以會有些木板聲。 9.酒店外貌與四圍的環境好配合，使人覺得好舒服。 10.酒店附近也有不同的選擇食品。(例:中國，泰國，日本食物等) 11.服務員好有禮貌 12.早餐也好好味。 13.食早餐的地方，有些櫈太舊，不過大多數都是清潔的。 14.沒有升降機，要自己拿上或下樓比較辛苦。 不知是否可以叫服務員幫手拿的。 15.如有中英對照和圖樣的餐牌更好。”
