“We had an amazing 2 night stay in Lynton and couldn’t have picked a better guesthouse . Drew and Penny are fantastic hosts and clearly care about keeping guests happy , they have a great knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble The house interior looks fantastic and is a credit to their hard work renovating the property . “Moorlands was perfect for us as they don’t allow dogs. Beautiful location lovely sea views and very peaceful. Impeccably clean and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. “Exceeded expectations. Good, clean room, decent shower, nice people, good breakfast included, parking over the road free overnight, decent pint in the pub. Booked at really short notice as the usual budget hotels were either full or charging decidedly non budget prices. This turned out to be a much better alternative, will stay again.”

“My husband and I went for a short weekend to walk around the area….upon arrival we were greeted by Alison and made very welcome and a lovely cup of tea.
