“Absolutely lovely place to stay, the owners are so kind and caring and lovely to speak to we arrived about 5.30pm to a lovely gentleman who showed us around the farm and to our room. There was fresh milk in the room and every amenity you could think of, breakfast was at a time of our choosing 9.30am as we fancied a lie-in, amazing chef the breakfast was to die for. “A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My husband is a severe asthmatic and is allergic to feathers. When we realised that the pillows and duvet were feather and spoke to the housekeeping staff, they went out of their way to help us. They changed all the bedding and ensured that there were no feathers in the room. Special thanks should go to Suzanne and the blond lady who organised this for us. “Tumbleweed Cottage is a beautiful hidden jem that myself and Kay will be visiting frequently for many years to come , Shaan and Sef made us feel so welcome and so comfortable with our stay we wished we could've booked for longer, The Rooms are beautiful with fabulous views of the garden . “Beautiful historic house set in peaceful countryside. The owners and staff were very friendly and attentive. We also booked the Sunday lunch which was delicious and spent the evening sitting by a log fire in a snug room with a cheeseboard and bottle of wine. Our bedroom was stunning. We only had an overnight stay but would love to go back for a longer stay one day.”
