“Their is no restaurant, only for breakfast. The delivered in-service/ house food is very limited to, basically, cafe type & was quite expensive compared with local restaurants. Overall it is good. ”

“This was our first hotel when we arrived in Bali so we only stayed for 2 nights and arrived around midnight on our first night, but it was still a great experience! The room was very clean, modern and the king bed was just absolutely amazing! The staff was very helpful and lovely. They gave us complimentary cakes on arrival and on our second morning too. The swimming pool was great and spacious. We did not end up eating in the restaurant and only had one juice before leaving but the……

“It’s a new hotel and the staff is excellent. Even when I had issues, they worked on everything right away and made sure to check in on me daily. They were receptive to my feedback (one was to add fridges to the rooms which they had ordered prior to my departure) and provided breakfast daily, entertainment once a week in the dining area. ”

“the only plus side of this hotel is its location, which is 5mins walk away from seminyak square. the hotel is a bit old, not sure why it's labelled as 4 star, it could use a renovation. staff are friendly and nice. ”
