“The pictures are not accurate to the cleanliness of the house. There are stains on walls in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and mold on the ceiling in the bedroom that is very concerning. The couch is pretty from afar but has stains on it and is hard as a rock-definitely not sleepable. We killed 2 small roaches crawling from the kitchen cabinet our first night, woke up to someone sleeping outside on the stairs (we had to walk over a drunk man with cans around him), and the entrance room smells……

"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
